/towcar system

Basically this is a system where you can /vpark your car (which is already available) and then when you want to you can /towcar and a list of /mycars will pop up and you can choose which cars you want to be towed. After you choose a car you want to be towed there will be a message onto your phone saying "your car is being towed back to your specified place" and the car will respawn in the /vpark spot after around 1 minute of towing the car.


OF course if anyone can come up with a better suggestion to this I am willing to change it. Please gimme your thoughts!
